Experience the joyous tradition of the Yu Sheng Toss, a cherished Chinese New Year custom symbolising prosperity, abundance, and good fortune. Together, we will gather to toss a colourful mix of fresh raw fish, shredded vegetables, and auspicious ingredients high into the air while joyfully calling out well-wishes for the year ahead.
